I had the pleasure of photographing this sweetie's 1 year photos in her back yard (and living room!) I love photographing this age! She was definitely on the move, but it made for some very "personality-filled" images...
A model or a high school senior? It's not hard to take gorgeous senior portraits when your subject is as photogenic as Claire. We battled the sun and wind, but enjoyed a nice Saturday morning session on Hay Lake...
I had a blast with this crew! Some days I feel like what I do care hardly be called "work". Photographing these families was more like hanging out with friends! I had the toughest time deciding what photos to post....Here are a few of my favorites....
This couple celebrated their 50th Anniversary with their entire family at their cabin in Nevis. This session has been planned for months, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Being a bride, myself, in just 2 months, Bob & Leone's 50 year marriage is a inspiration!
The most acclaimed wedding date of 2007 has come and gone. Katie and Chad chose the Northern Lights Casino in Walker, Minnesota for the location of their big day. The temperature was hot hot hot! We spent some time at the Tianna Golf Course for some pre-wedding shots, then headed to the casino where they were married in a lovely ceremony. By far, the most creative programs of any wedding I have photographed. They were an assembled hand of playing cards! So cool. Thanks for the opportunity Katie and Chad!
I enjoyed a sunday morning session with this family at Brezzy Point resort. We battled lots of wind and a few tears....Next week I'll be posting the results from our indoor session...
I liked Neil and Sue the moment I met them at Caribou in Brainerd last winter. I was glad to photograph an engagement session for them this spring to better get to know them. To say their June 30th wedding was beautiful would be the understatment of the year. Words can't describe the stunning dress that Sue wore, or the precise details that made Neil & Sue's day truly, their own. These 2 were meant for each other. They smiled effortlessly and seemed to enjoy every single moment of their wedding day. Easily one of the finest events I have had the honor of photographing....
