Happy Thanksgiving

This year I am especially THANKFUL to my customers who have allowed my dream of becoming a full-time photographer to come true. Without you I have no business. Thank you for the trust you give me to document your family, wedding, reunion, or new baby. I appreciate your business more than I can say. I have so many reasons to give thanks!
Happy Thanksgiving!

The sign above my office door that my brother made for me last year.

All in the Family

This family is now a new relative of mine since I became married in September! I love hanging out with Kirsten, Emma and Ethan...even more fun was to photograph them :) The kids were great for our session. Emma even exclaimed, "Mom! This is so fun." That's a great thing for a photographer to hear!

David & Danielle'

Just when I thought I had contracted my last 2007 wedding, Danielle’ emailed me and said she was planning an October wedding at the Legacy @ Craguns….. A quick engagement, but a long relationship. Danielle’ and David were a super pair to work with. I know that can sound like a broken record, but these two were fun, calm, up for anything, and SO IN LOVE! It rained 3 straight days before their wedding but their day was perfect. Just like them. Danielle’ and Dave, I sincerely thank you for the chance to photograph this most important day. You have an amazing group of family and friends, and I have enjoyed getting to know you both.

Oh, and Danielle’, you have the coolest new name of any bride I have ever photographed. It sounds like a movie star! I love it!

Josh

This little boy has a special place in my heart. His parents hired me to photograph his newborn photos when I was just getting my “photographic feet” on the ground in the Twin Cities. I knew what I wanted to do in this industry….I just needed customers. Enter-Josh. I have watched his eyes grow bluer and hair grown blonder. He’s a happy boy and full of personality.

One Crazy + One Crazy = Too Crazy!

Here is one of my favorite photographers and myself after our “trash the dress” session. Too much fun :) As far as I know, his equipment is intact and my dress is currently at the dry cleaners. This photo proves, sometimes you do ANYTHING in the name of good photography.
